Network Support Engineer

We’re looking for a talented, dynamic and ambitious self-starter to join our growing team, helping businesses of all shapes and sizes improve their communication both internally and externally.

  • Dealing with technical support tickets and calls
  • Assisting customers via remote support software
  • Diagnosing of VoIP and network related issues
  • Building, provisioning and testing network / server hardware
  • Monitoring platforms for software, hardware and operating system related alerts, errors, warnings, performance issues and problem conditions
Essentials Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Linux system administration
  • Good networking knowledge (including routing protocols)
  • Work well in a team as well as on own initiative
  • Ability to self organise tasks and responsibilities
  • Desirable Skills:
  • RouterOS / Cisco IOS
  • Scripting experience (Bash/Python/Ruby/PHP)
  • SIP and VoIP (Real time communication protocols)
  • Help desk / NOC experience
