Calls within our network are free, anywhere in the world. Calls billed by the second with a minimum duration of 20 seconds.

Nimvelo Phone allows calls to over 170 countries, starting at just 1p per minute. Inbound calls from anywhere in the world are included in your plan (except where you've opted for a toll-free/freephone number).See international call rates

Prices exclude VAT. In-bundle calls are rounded up to the nearest whole minute and unused minutes are not rolled over to the following month. Bundles added part way through a month will be pro-rated to reflect the number of days remaining. Landline bundles include calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers. Mobile bundles include calls to most UK mobile networks - please check with us if you are unsure.
Is there a free trial?
Any features you add when you sign up will be free until the end of the month. You will then be billed on the 1st of each month thereafter. If you decide not to continue with all or part of the service, simply remove the unwanted features and you won't be charged.
What about calls?
You will normally need to pay for the calls you make by purchasing calling credit in advance. We believe you should be able to try before you buy, so your new account will come pre-loaded with a small amount of credit to get you started.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Absolutely not. Nimvelo Phone is a month-to-month service. There's no contract or long term obligation. You are billed on a monthly basis for the features you have added and if you remove them you will not be billed again.
How easy is it to move from our current provider to you?
We'll work with you to ensure your migration is as seamless as possible, even helping to optimise your new system so it’s more efficient than your existing setup. We’ve ported thousands of numbers so we’re well-versed in handling migrations.
It relies on an internet connection - what if this isn’t available?
If your internet connection is unavailable for any reason, we can forward calls automatically to your regular landline or mobile number. Each extension user can configure their own failover number, so your team can continue to answer calls in the same way as normal.
