Christmas opening hours and emergency support

Our office will be closed for normal business after Friday 23rd December 2011 and will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January 2012.

Please note: support outside of office hours is available for faults such as loss of service, not general enquiries. Please describe the issue as clearly as possible to help us deal with your request promptly and efficiently.

Our engineers will be monitoring systems around the clock, so rest assured that although our office may be closed, our service will continue operate as reliably as it always does 🙂
