Sipcentric Awarded ITSPA Quality Mark

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Internet Telephony Service Providers’ Association (ITSPA) Quality Mark, having demonstrated a clear customer service specification and meeting the following ITSPA criteria:

  • Compliance with all ITSPA approved Best Common Practice Documents, including Number Porting and IP-PBX Security.
  • Provide access to the emergency services and make customers fully aware that this service is available.
  • Provide access to a recognised dispute resolution scheme and make customers fully aware of its existence.
  • Provide a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to improve communication with other operators as well as other organisations (e.g. Home Office).

Sipcentric is one of just a handful of ITSPA members to have been awarded the mark to date. Phil Reid, of ITSPA, commented:

ITSPA aspires to represent the best in the VoIP industry. The aim of the ITSPA Quality Mark is to recognise those members that go the extra mile in ensuring best practice, and we are delighted to be able to recognise Sipcentric as being one of them.
